This study aimed to determine the factors that influence students' entrepreneurial intentions and of entrepreneurship education on intention become entrepreneurs. research used a mixed methods approach. The collection data was carried out with help questionnaire (for quantitative data) through group discussion forums qualitative data). Respondents in were 100 students who attended equality Semarang. shows found there is difference between levels interest take part learning those do not. Family background income have positive effects Students family backgrounds tend be more interested becoming entrepreneurs than not an background. In addition, perspectives positively affected their intentions. Significance: Students' are related motivation start new businesses would easily accepted by social environment.
